Kathe Dougherty

This is a hand-painted textile from the Luangwa Valley in Zambia. It is 19 inches square. I backed it with an African printed cotton, machine quilted, and bound it for the mini-quilt auction at the Kaw Valley Quilters Guild show in April 2010. Carol Gilham Jones, March 4, 2010
