Festival of Trees: Quilted Donations



 
 
The annual Festival of Trees is scheduled for Monday to Thursday, November 26 to the 29th at Liberty Hall in downtown Lawrence. It's a fundraiser for The Shelter.
The Sunflower Ladies Quilt Bee of KVQG is donating the quilt above with its tree and snowman. Members: Angela Barton, Florence Gilliland, Ginny Short, Mary Kay Chandler, Beverly Kipp, Barbara Lynch. Our Prez Lori Kukuk donated her quilting skills toward the project.
And Linda Frost is donating this quilt London Holly.
 
You have all week to admire the quilts (and the trees) and you can buy one or two at the auction on Tuesday night November 27.
