I promised I'd post a few notes from the toothbrush rug demos. The rug here is one I made last fall.
Toothbrush rugs are a great way to use up all kinds of fabrics. You can use nice quilt leftovers but old shirts and pants with spots and tears go well in these too, as do old sheet, stained tablecloths - you get the picture? They all look great in a rug.
