A mask workshop by Marla Jackson is being offered in Lawrence on two consecutive Saturdays, July 31 and Aug 7, 9:30 to ???. It will be taught at the club house where Marla lives, directions will be supplied at registration. Class fee is $75, class size is limited so sign up soon.
Marla will provide: all embellishments, batting, precut shapes of fabric for eyes, mouth, nose, etc. and patterns to choose from. She will also have fabric paint available. A supply list (sewing machine, etc) will be supplied when you register.

Jean is also president of the Blue Valley Guild, which will host a lecture and trunk show by Marla at their August 3 meeting. There is no charge for that lecture that day at 10 a.m. at 148th and Antioch, Stanley Presbyterian Church, in Overland Park.
